Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item can be returned (for free) or exchanged within 60 days of the shipping date. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
